Your purchase of The Captain is backed by a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and a 1-Year Warranty on quality and workmanship.

If you’re not completely satisfied, return it within 30 days for a full refund. If something goes wrong due to a manufacturing defect within the first year, we’ll replace it free of charge.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive The Captain.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@thecaptaincam.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send the package.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
